The next set of rotors you buy, be sure they are zinc coated. WCC went above and beyond for you on this one and for you to blast them is really unfair to a good vendor.
Like many others, WCC took GREAT care of me - they ROCK. Paul was wonderful to work with and gave me a killer deal on my Corsa. I'll buy from WCC as long as I own my vette.

Many of us believe this 'rust' is an eyesore.
So, we either purchase zinc coated rotors, or have ones we have zinc coated locally, or live with the rust look.
Personally I like the non- rust look, like this:
Them chrome rotors look Great, nice touch, dont see too many chromed ones
look guys i have thick skin i can take it just like i can dish it out with the best of them , you guys can say what you want i want be going anywhere i like what every body said , you guys have a right to say whats on your mind, but it does not make what you guys say right. ps smile guys.
I can say I've had only one dealing with WCC but it turned out to be a good one. After buying a $150 exhaust plate I discovered the chrome plating was beginning to come off on the back. I called and they said send it to us so we can have a look. I did... and then I didn't hear anything from them. After 2 weeks I called back..the lady told me that they were waiting to hear from me because they were unsure if I wanted a refund or replacement. I got the replacement. Pretty good service in my opinion.
Non plated rotors rust.. thats the nature of the materials not the fault of vendor. The consensus is right about this one..
I think WCC was pretty decent in giving you a credit,, rust is normal.. I think you got a fair deal... be happy. So you wasted some time, .. nothing to knock WCC over.. My dealings with WCC have been great. They always come through. Good luck with your new ones.. Stay cool,, life's too short

Rickey, you just don't get it. Untreated rotors will rust. Zinc washed will prevent early rusting.

You still think you were right?
the other 50 posts (and the vendor) are wrong and you are the only one that is right.
After this beat down he should call West Coast and apologize
Excellent suggestion. Those guys have don a lot of work for me in the past. Their work was always been top notch, and they went out of their way to accomodate any concerns that I had.

I BROUGHT GM DURASTOP BRAKE ROTORS , IN LESS THAN AWEEKS TIME THEY BEGAIN TO RUST SO I CALLED WEST COAST CORVETTE AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT , AND I ASK THEM TO TAKE THEM BACK THEY TOLD ME THAT GM WOULD NOT STAND BEHINE THIER ROTORS ON RUST ONLY IF THEY CRACK, WCC GAVE ME A HARD TIME ON TAKING THE ROTORS BACK IT TOOK 4 TO 5 PHONE CALLS BEFORE THEY AGREED TO TAKE THEM BACK WHY WOULD YOU SELL A PRODUCT AND DONT STAND BEHINE IT. THE MANAGER AT WCC SAID THEY WOULD STOP SELLIND THAT ROTOR, TO ALL MY CORVETTE BROTHERS DONT BUY THE GM ROTORS THEY WILL RUST IN LESS THAN A WEEK. HAS ANY ONE ELSE HAD PROBLEMS WITH WCC THEY DID ME SO BAD ABOUT THE ROTORS I WANT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY DID GIVE ME A $600. 00 CREDIT WHICH IS WHAT PAID FOR THE GM ROTORS SO NOW I GOT THE WILWOOD SRP SERIES ROTORS THEY ARE SILVER ZINC WASH SO THEY SHOULD NOT RUST .
If you had been dealing with anyone else you would not have got your $$ back. I have the same rotors with the powder coated hub covers. It is hard to believe you would think metal that is not painted would not rust. With time the ones you swapped for will rust too
