This is not a matter of one "opinion" being right or wrong, it's a matter of "fact" that untreated rotors will rust... plain and simple. Your failure to grasp that is what makes you look stupid, along with your misspelled words and grammatical errors.

I saw a super sweet black brand spanking new Black C6 Coupe yesterday, w/ some super shiny aftermarket chrome 19" wheels w/ fat lip. However, the spokes were thin, so you can see how RUSTY those stock OEM GM rotors were. Totally killed the look of the car.
Again, this is a brand spanking new C6 w/ the 30 day tags still on it. What does that tell you? It's NORMAL. Although, I would've gotten my rotors zinc washed or painted.
