2000 leak at rear diff---3rd time--HELP

2000 leak at rear diff---3rd time--HELP
My 2000 vert has had a leak at the left side of the rear diff 3 times. It is where the flange plate bolts to the diff. I paid a deduct one time and the other 2 times it was on GM. Has anyone had this same problem and what was done to stop it once and for all?? thanks

I too have had the rear differential repaired in mine three times. The second time they replaced the side cover but it still leaked. This last time (about two years ago), they used a revised rear seal that GM had just come out with. So far, it has been working just fine with no repeat leaks.
