You can get a GM kit for it, if yours doesn't have it
It comes with a new passenger side seat belt assembly, and the wiring and switch harness.
It's been a while, but I think it was like $130 from Fichtner chevy (could be wrong on the price). They will need your VIN when you call.

That site tells it all. Some cars have the connector on the drivers side, under the knee panel. It connects the same way.
If you want a stock look. Get the trim panel with the light in it, like this. All you need to do is change out the LED with a 12v LED and cut the mutli LED off the one supplied in the kit.
