Oil Consumption
After each oil change the engine burns up one quart and then levels off without burning any more. (25,000 miles on an '04) I have had this experience with other small block chevys before. Anyone else have this experience with your C-5?

My 2000 Coupe has 63K and the oil level drops only slightly throughout a 3000 mile interval. I'd say about 1/5 of a quart over the 3000 miles. I drive it daily and I've taken it from Boise to Colorado (and back) six times in two years. Plus a trip to Oklahoma City and a trip to Laguna Seca. I'm not sure what could be happening in your case.
