The only difference between calipers on a C5 coupe or convertible and a Z06 is the color of the calipers.
If you are talking about C6 Z06 calipers - that's a slightly more complicated question, because you have issues with caliper clearance on the stock wheels, and many aftermarket wheels as well. You will also have to change the rotors and probably the master cylinder as well.
