Hey, I know it's dissappointing to wave that many times and no waves back. But maybe a few of them did but they had the windows up, tops up, and ac on, and with tint it's hard to see. I bet you missed a few....but

A beautiful day, you're in a Vet. It is beyond me why someone not waving to you could be the least bit important? Count your blessings.

Just keep on waving. If they wave back, fine. If not, life goes on.

Wow!!!!!!! I don't recall being stressed about it, but with this little insignificant thread, I've stirred-up some english and grammer lessons and a chance for some to vent at me for previous threads I was not aware of. So, this thread was, at least, entertaining. Glad to oblige.

Since I used the adjective "sweet" as a descriptor for "redolent", this is correct. It reinforces the verb "smell"

I stand by my original statement.

EG
smell?

so waving threads are now smelly threads

Dear Gawd, I almost missed it. I just love these wave threads because it gives me the chance to do this:

I'M A WAVER, THEY'RE A WAVER, WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO BE A WAVER TO?

My daughter got waves once in her Volvo.

Of course they were trying to tell her she was driving on only three tires...

Which she kind of suspected at the time.
