i'd vote no stripe - car looks great (also have TR in a coupe). But if you do go for it, it'll be tough to coordinate stripe color with the tan interior. I'd suggest a gold tone to match the oak, or a different shade of red to provide a more subtle contrast.
It's a shame you're following the herd. It's your car, do what makes you happy!
Yes I know! If it were not for the oak interior I would stripe it in a minute. The interior is just throwing me off. I like for everything to flow! I can't think of a stripe that will flow with the oak.

Slik,
As I told you, do CE with center oak and outer black.
I will back you up. Put them on and if you don't like it, 50% refund
I just love to see people stripe their cars

I too like the stripes if done in the right color combo. That black and red CE combo on the pewter looks killer. Question for Mike if he is checking in. Are the CE stipes one piece for the hood, roof, and trunk or do you have to install them in two section, one for the left side and one for the right? Is there any prep before applying the stripes like washing you car with Dawn to remove wax or wiping the car down with a solvent to remove wax? Can reguar car wax be applied over these stripes when detailing your car? Any issues with wax buildup around the edges or discoloration on the stripes because of waxing? I use Zaino. Just curious. I have a TR coupe with black interior and love the CE stripe in silver with black outter.
