Seriously, Vettes are inexpensive cars! Most trucks and SUVs are more (new) than both of my 2000 vettes cost. You can buy a gorgeous Vette for around 25K. That being said, why would you buy a junker at a discount. That is unless you owned a body shop or rebuilt them as a hobby swapping out everything and anything. I Sold my last vette(not by choice) for 25,300 on EBAY. The guy who bought it got a major deal because of the way it was modded and the condition that it was in. The new vert I just bought was 24,200, but I have to put a few dollars into it. It will suffice until it's time to step up and get a c6.

this car had 33614 miles per gm when it had its powertrian control module replaced 2-10-03. looking at the pics it was pretty obvious the milage was incorrect. so.... i did a quick check a what da ya know. 3 1/2 years ago it had 4600 miles more than its said to have now and a newly installed 27k used engine. plus a branded theft title.
NOT A GOOD INVESTMENT!!! maybe at a under 8k price tag so as not to be too hurt when you really find its probs
