Ron,
I've noticed that my brakes are pulsing, so I took it into Village Chev. They "resurfaced" the rotors, and now they're fine. I was just reading another post that said that over torquing the lugs or improperly doing it will lead to warped rotors.
What was the name of that guy that does special work for you guys? Email it to me please.
The service tech is Bruce and the service writer is Cole. I always hand tighten my lugs using a socket and extension. I over 40,000 C5 miles (3 different cars) no warpage. Of course I've worn out a few rotors on the track, but never warped one. ;)
03QSZ06, are the Vikings going to get past the NFC championship game you asked. I hope not, they would just get killed for the 5th time in the Super Bowl. :yesnod:

Actually, I was referring to the OTHER guy, that owns his own service center. You mentioned him at the North Star Camaro Club event a few weeks ago.
What amount of foot-pounds should the wheels be tightened to?
Rob,
I'm not sure. I was talking with the guys at the North Star show and I can't remember the circumstances. I'll talk to them at the next CCCM meeting.
I don't mean to butt in this thread but since Ron's not answering... Doug Rippie, High Tech Motor Sports, Doug Ward, and TPIS are some of the tuners in MN. I went to High Tech's open house last month, nice guys. Brian is the owner of High Tech.
