I am blessed to live with the most understanding and best woman on the planet. She endorses my passion - and she has said several times that she would like a Corvette of her own. As soon as our daughter graduates college, I will do my very best to make her wishes come true....I'm thinking an '03 EB convertible or a '03/'04 Mag Red convertible - A4 of course!

O.K. Here's the dealio. I did tell her, but it was after I found it and struck the deal. I'd been looking for a long time for the Z that clicked with me. Her reply was...."I kind of knew it. That's your ballywack. You're going to do what you want anyway." She didn't ask how much, what color, what year, etc. Long to short, after 20+ years together, we know each other pretty well. I wouldn't trade her for the world.
We have seen a lot of people we know either die from terrible diseases, have strokes or heart attacks or are diagnosed with some type of cancer. It's all very sad. Our attitudes have changed from what will happen tomorrow to have fun today!! To me, that = Z06/405 HP!!!!

. you are going to be in trouble when she gets home. nice choice of cars though. take her out in it and let her be seen in it. she might warm up to it a little more after that. when i went on the hunt for my last one my girlfriend kind of knew i would be comming home with one anyday.

I'm completing the purchase of my first Vette today. My wife is OK with it, but doesn't really get why we need it (it IS a third car for two people, after all). She figures that it must be a guy thing. But it was pretty easy to sway her. I just reminded her that I sold my 72 Datsun 240z when we bought the current house.
