Default Headers

I'm thinking about putting Headers on the Toy, I have a GHL Bullet Cat Back System and was wanting to get some feedback on how much more in car noise ( at cruise ) I might expect with Headers. Any and all comments will be helpful.
Thanks

I don't know about the GHLs. I have Corsas with Dynatech headers and there is no increased sound level at cruise. There is a noticeable increase during acceleration and WOT though.

I have the Corsa pace cars with the Dynatechs, you don't hear them when cruising. You start to notice them a bit around 75-80 mph, but still not loud unless you are on it.

I run the GHL's w/ 6 inch cans (Bullets) and LT's w/ H/C. Car sounds great everywhere. Low rumble at idle, fairly quiet under 3k and "Unleash Hell" above 4k.

Perfect!

Default Running bullet quad 4"

I am running GHL and just had the American Racing Headers put on about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you, it has a nice rumble sound to it. (I was at a stop and some "ricer" kids were out and they yelled "What you got under the hood" and I replied "nothing"...and just smiled). that was just the rumbling sound of the headers and the exhaust....pretty awesome.
Look at the sig for power gain from baseline dyno.

Thats just the beginning of this A4's journey. I am on the fence right now to either H/C package first or just go straight for the A&A Supercharger kit (with the FAST intake obviously). I want that 500+ RWHP on an A4 platform.

The American Racing Headers sound great.

Headers will add a bit more noise to the exhaust but your most noise will come with a heads and cam setup...

I'm running GHL's, Kooks, X-pipe, high flow cats, and CAI. The sound is deep rumble and really opens up at WOT. This car is still fairly quiet when going through my neighborhood.
