Done it on the Camaro. Just gently peeled it off.
The adhesive residue was a real PITA to get off. I used and adhesive remover similar to goo gone to finish the job.

Fill a spray bottle with ammonia and spritz it onto the film, let it do its thing for a few minutes. Protect the upholstery leather just in case. The tint will come off, hopefully in a full sheet after the ammonia loosens the adhesive. Then use ammonia and straight edge razor blades to remove the remaining adhesive on the glass. Ammonia is the natural killer of window tint, that's why they warn you not to use window cleaners with ammonia.
