Default Broken driver side seat plastic piece, HELP!

I got out of my car today and "crack" then "oh Crap” Too much fast food!!!
Anyway the side of my seat where the power seat adjuster and inflate buttons hook into snapped at the front bolt and is now kind of flopping around. I looked up some part numbers but they are all like $500-$800 parts! B.S.!!! I am just looking for the cheap plastic piece that you see on the side of the seat when you are looking in (next to the sill, rocker area) I'm sure they sell it without the controls attached. Does anyone have the correct part number and any pictures of the part or the removal and reinstall process. My car is a 2003 coupe with sport power seats, with memory. color: black Thanks for the help.

I'm putting mine on this evening. I got it from Gene at Fred Beans a forum sponsor. I forget how much I paid but it's cheap. I think the shipping was more than the part.

They all break eventually it seems.

Look on the Vette Essentials web site for install instructions. Its best to pull the seat out of the car and then do the install. And the part that surrounds the controls can be bought separately, but sorry don't have the part number handy.

Ok my friend at the dealer looked it up. The part number is 12455426 and only cost around $6.00 Solved.

The only other question I have is that it only had one part number, is it always "black" regardless of the seat and interior color? I have black interior, but does someone with tan or something still have black at the bottom?

I had to change mine out early last year. Easy fix. I think I got the part from Gene at Fred Beans also.
