Supermaxx headers w/o converter package
I had the Supermaxx headers with a different type of high flow cats put on other than what comes with the system and I got on it yesterday and threw a P1416 Secondary air injection (AIR) system bank 2 code and a P0430 Catalyst system low efficiency bank 2 code I reset the codes w/ my Predator and today it threw P0430/P0420 codes W/O getting on it I do have a RAM air system installed back in 2003 any suggestions?

i got the same codes too when i installed the same headers...it's your O2 sensors not getting a good reading with the new airflow
the only way i was able to fix mine was when i got it dyno tuned and the tuner fixed it

A lot of guys with LT headers end up disabling the rear O2 sensors for that very same reason. It's weird though that some cars have no issues whatsoever. I'll find out shortly as I just got a set of Dynatech headers myself.

yea, i got the same problem. I just bought a set of o2 sims for now until i do soem more mods before i get them tuned out. It was cheaper for me. I hear ya though, its weird how some get affected and others dont
