I have the factory runflats but will replace them when they wear out with Michelin Pilot Sport runflats.

I have heard nothing but very positive comments overall, regarding the PS2s. The biggest downside for me is that the Michelins are so damned expensive.
On the list I posted about the tires I've tried, it would be a real toss-up between the GS-D3s and the KDW2s. The main reason I have the KDW2s now is because at the time when I was replacing my wheels and tires, the GSD3s that I had been running were not offered in a 295/18 (or larger). If they had been, I would have stayed with them in a heartbeat. Plus, the KDW2s had a slight edge in the pricing department. I really like them both and pretty much for the same reasons: excellent value for the money and very good performance in a street driven driven tire (wet and dry).
