garage design...
I am looking for a "wall system" of some sort to install in my new garage that will somehow retract or fold away. This wall is to separate the parking area of the garage from the shop(heated) area. Some insulation value would be useful. The wall size would be about 28 feet wide and 10 feet high.

Do a search for accordian or partition walls. Typically used to section off large meeting rooms. Some will fold back quite a bit. Insulationmeant to deaden sound transfer but still offer some "R" factor I would think.
