My '03 coupe windows rattle when going over hard bumps. The driver window is more apparent than the passenger window. The dealer checked it out and said there were no bulletins on it. He said they would not replace the regulators unless it was deemed severe. The only way I can stop the rattle is to hold my finger between the weatherstripping and the glass!
Mine does this too ... only "solution" I've found is after the windows are rolled all the way down give them a 'bump' up. Seems to reduce the rattling.
There are others. If you use the advanced search function, searching on window rattles in the C6 section (include the archives), you will get all sorts of good info on fixing it.

Any suggestions.
Is this with the windows up or down?
Mine seem to rattle both when up and down...this post above seems to explain a fix for when they are down, but when mine are up, they rattle against the little black clip that is part of the targa roofright where the window seals against the top...
I have heard that there is a clip at the bottom of the door that holds the window in place when it is rolled down. I had the same problem with my drivers side window. I just recently had the regulator replaced due to it not working and I told the service guy at the stealership about the rattle. He said he would tell the tech. When I got the car back, the rattle was gone.
My raddle was in the door. They said they found loose bolts at he bottom off the window. They fit nice and tight now, but when it rains hard the water pours in. Took to dealer and they said my door hinges are worn out. Bought and installed hinges. Haven't had any rain since, but Iive in the Great Northwest so I get to test it a a great length in the next 6 months. Would not recommend Glass shop to anyone. Smith glass in Albany. They didn't want have anything to do with The window after the fix. They said they did everything they could do and I have to take it to a body shop or dealer. They also said it looks like someone had been inside the door earlier at some time. Next thing I know the screw cover behind the handle is missing. It had to have fallen out when I opened my door at sometime after their fix.
