Checked this morning to see if air blows through all of the vents in all modes. I felt air coming through the floor, middle, and defrost vents on all modes. Looks like it is that vacuum problem. I will have to check the line tonight.

Exactly what I used. Cost about 50 cents. Cheapest fix I've ever done. While you have the battery out, if you've had the acid problem, clean it up really well and repaint the acid stained areas. Good luck with you fix and let us know how it goes. Zuti
I was checking my vehicle today for this same problem. Found tons of old corosion. What is the best way to clean this up? Also does anyone have a pick where the line goes into the manifold? Having trouble locating that spot.
