I am considering one of those double snorkel tube air intakes. I have seen them from $50 on e-bay to $300 elsewhere. I have also seen alot of used ones for sale here & elsewhere promting me to ask, Are they any good? I am not worried about HP gain. I like the looks & would like to find blue filters.

Considering buying a cold air intake kit, and not worried about HP gains? That's kind of backwards thinking to me....If you're just buying for looks, then go fo the $50 Ebay special. However, you will probably want to pick up a K&N(or similar) filter oil kit, I doubt the Ebay ones will come preoiled, and you will need that to help trap particles!
p.s.-the oil is normally red-ish, so keep that in mind if you want "bright blue filters"!
p.p.s- all filters are not created equally, so keep that in mind also if you go the cheaper route. However, I don't have any evidence between the filtration of the cheaper filters!
I advise you to stay away from $50 specials on Ebay. We're not talking about a 1989 Hyundai, are we? A good quality intake, like the Halltech Stinger or Blackwing can be had for $100-$150 (used), but why not save a bit more and get a new one? Both the Halltech Remay and Blackwing filters are excellent. A bad filter can wear out your engine many years before its time.
