Hello all,
I have a 99 (brother in laws car) and very intermettantly there is a buzzing/vibration noise under the drivers seat. It only lasts a couple of secs but is very annoying. It sounds like something is being cycled electrically and doesn't just sound like something is loose and just rattling. Thank you, Chuck

From your description, your driver's seat is possessed by Christine. Seriously, the body control module sometimes makes the three lumbar adjustments move by themselves, even with the key removed. Make sure the area under the dash isn't wet. If your A/C "udders" are clogged, the condensate will drip down onto the module and raise all kinds of hell. If that's OK, then you just have a quirk like the other C5s.
