Default Lets not forget 9/11

A friend sent me this Sat., and I thought I would share with you my American friends, a song to ease the pain of remembering the horror of 9/11, for ALL of us. I'm not a religious guy, but I think the song is fitting.

A wonderful song to remember the faith, the honor, the unfailing resiliency, and, persevering courage that forged, and, ever defines America. And, from all my travels, no matter what corner of the world I have had the opportunity to set foot upon, I still look to her in the horizon, and, her ever beautiful, and, familiar shores.

And, it still pains me that America had been smite such a devastating blow in loosing the Twin Towers, a proud and defiant sign of American achievement on our northeastern coastline. But, above all, there were many lives lost that day, many hearts brought down to the very ground before their time, as the Twin Towers fell, as Flight 93 was lost, and, as the Pentagon was horribly assaulted. These losses will ever leave a deep wound in our country's historical consciousness.

The sight and memory of the felling of the mighty towers always brings tears to my eyes for the lives lost. And, as I view the empty skyline forever changed without the presence of the Twin Towers, I stop and think of the families forever rended, and, of the lost brave souls of the loyal and stalwart rescuers who yet dared to stare at, and, enter into a maelstorm to save just one more victim, whom might be someone's brother, sister, mother, father, husband, wife, daughter, or, son, from the most unbelievable tragedy in our recent history.

So, today, I say a prayer to remember and honor those lost on this tragic day five years ago. And, with this prayer, I know that America will survive, America will persevere, and, rebuild. She has been a shining, and, unfailing example for generations, and, for many nations. America is strong and will always thrive so long as we, her sons, and, her daughters, remember our foundational values of faith, family, honor, freedom, and, country. Because in God we still trust. Amen.

Nice touch Frank While our hearts and prayers go out to all our American brothers and sisters on this 5th anniversary, this was an event that literally changed the world as we know it and affected us all.

Default I'll NEVER Forget

I'll never forget!!!!! I was there that day. I saw things falling from the towers that I found out later could have been people. I was also in NYC the 1st time they tried to blow up the parking garage under the WTC.

I WILL NEVER forgive the people that did this! I will continue to support our goverment in thier efforts to stop terrorism.

It's like my next door neighbor, he does not trust the Japanese. I can understand this because he spend some time in the South Pacific on a US Goverment tour ship visiting all sorts of tropical islands in the mid 1940's.

This proud American citizen WILL NEVER FORGET what happened that day; the lives lost and shattered.

I will hold in my heart forever, the hatred and contempt for the cowardly bastards who did this and supported this mass murder in the name of Allah and all those who follow.

It is sad to say too many American's have forgotten.
