Default Competitive Driving mode

Could someone please tell me what changes take place when you are in "Competitive driving" mode? I tried it and did not notice any major difference. I didn't see a blower or nitrous bottle appear anywhere, so I'm not sure what is suppose to take place when in this mode.

Traction control is turned off; active handling remains on.

It keeps the active handling(side to side) on while turning the traction control(straight wheel spin) off.

Personally I drive in that mode all the time. I just turn it on when I get in. It's saved me when I had my accident because the guy clipped me from the rear and if it was off it would've sent my car into a spin.

I hope you are kidding....

The Laws of Physics will always beat Active Handling if pushed too far.
If you were clipped by another car and did not spin it was NOT because of the Active Handling.

To answer the post:

1) Default for your C5 is Active Handling ON and Traction Control ON

2) First tap of the button turns them BOTH OFF

3) Hold the button down to get into COMPETETIVE DRIVING mode and you have now turned Active Handling back ON and left the traction control OFF
