I saw a custom job someone did a while back with C6 fixed lights in a C5. I thought they looked amazing but I never saw a total cost for the retro fit. I'm sure this would be expensive but wow were they beautiful.

i think youre talking bout the NSX lights. not the C6. it was a yellow car correct?

You made them popular - the price is now showing $1299!!
aside from Vette-HId, which was "the bomb" for a short while and is now, "the booooom", the C5R headlights are used by many on this site. me included. install was a lil tedious but the outcome was well worth it. i also placed HID's in them (you really have to in order to utilize the best lighting of the C5R's). i tell ya, i lite up 4 lanes wide on the freeway! the lighting is better then my benz or my dad's lexus! search for it on the forum, there are a million threads about it!!!
I spoke to the guy who had them done to his car because I was also thinking of doing the same. Including lights and fabrication, $7000. Needless to say, I changed my mind. The headlights are about $2k and the rest of the body work, which includes cutting some of the forward section of the frame and then rewelding in re-inforcement. It looks great, but not worth it for me.
good luck,
john

i'll give you a damn good reason why! those headlights do not use projectors!!! if your buying these type of headlights for visibility at night, those BPP are not going to be any better then stock. trust me!!! you want to buy C5R headlights that use the dual projectors. throw from HIDs in them and you will have superior lighting!!! As good, if not better then the euro/*** imports with HIDs and projectors (Assuming you set them up correctly)....
If you like it for looks...well, still i would say the C5R's. just look how many guys on this board have them. the BPP is an old product.
