[pics]LS1 vs. LS6 intake, here's the visual differences
Nothing new here, just showing the differences between the LS1 and LS6 intakes, the LS6 intake has the 'flat' bottom, the LS1 intake has 'wave' shape to accommodate the coolant tubes which attach to the heads(patrick C5 stopped by before hitting the dyno to have this added to his recent MS3 cam install)
When updating a 97-00 car to the LS6, the new coolant pipes/plugs will need to be used(or dremel a recess in the ribs to allow clearance for the old pipe), the MAP sensor, brake booster vacuum line will also need to be transferred
the pn(part numbers) of the 97-00 will have a last three of '333'
This task will usually take about an hour(some time spent cleaning/vacuuming the valley)
labor: $75
