Default Has anyone used Michelin Pilot Sport A/S ZP RunFlats

Has anyone used Michelin Pilot Sport A/S ZP RunFlats on their Vette ?

We get a lot of constant rain for 4-6 months in Oregon and I want to drive my vette as often as possible. I considered going non RF, but frankly I seem to get several flats a year.

I would really like some feedback from owners who have used Michelin Pilot Sport A/S ZP RunFlats on their vettes.

Had them on my 2000 Coupe. Not a problem, reduced noise, and seemed to havegreat traction in rain (and snow )

I've had mine for a year or so. They are very smooth and wet traction is very good. I like them.

Would you buy them again ?

Do you feel they are worth the high cost ?

Thanks

Had mine for about 4K.

They're pretty good all around...way better than the stockers.. However with that being said, I'll be going with KDW2's or something next go around. The non run flats just have a better all around feel to me..

Yes. I love them. Since my Vette is a daily driver, I need something that will handle in the rain and slush. No problems with them whatsoever.

Had them for about a year and a half. Run great, good traction and handling. They are expensive but love the peace of mind run flats give me.

I've had them on my 2000 Coupe for about a year now. I love them. Quieter and better traction in rain than the Goodyears. Cost about the same as Goodyears if i remember.

I've had them on my 2000 for almost a year. Much better ride and the noise is about half that of the GY's also, they're priced less. No regrets...

Much better traction than the Goodyears... And, IMO, much quieter, better handling, longer life and a much better ride. An all-around great tire. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

Got them on mine but not much chance to check the wet weather performance in Vegas

I'll let you know when I get the car back to England

Seriously, the Pilot Sports are way better than stock in all categories and they get a great write up for all weather performance. The only downside is that they are a little more expensive than some other brands. Mine have about 5k on them now and no signs of wear yet.

i had them on and got about the same life as the Gooyears BUT they were great till the end the Goodyears became really squirly even with lots of tread left, a sentiment shared buy a friend with his Gooyears. awesome in the wet as well buy the way. I just switched to the Pilots sport non run flat as i bought new wheels from CCW and the non run flats are amazing
