Foolish Viper driver...
Title says is all. Not sure what this guy was trying to prove, but he almost stuffed the rear end of my car. I was stopped at a 4 way intersection, which is through six lanes. Unbenounced to me there is a Viper directly across from me. The light changes, I turn right and barely get my car straightened out from the right hand turn, and this fool in his Viper was instantly behind me. I don't know how fast he was going, but he got behind me in 2 - 3 seconds max.
So I look in my rear view and I'm thinking "what a f'k head...what does he expect me to do, drop it into first and punch it? I don't think so...that thought never crossed my mind. I was more concerned about this a-hole not being able to pull up in time and hitting me.
After coming a ch away from my car, junior road racer pulls up to my left, looks at me, and pulls away, very impressively may I add,(not him the Viper). He continues to weave through traffic until he's out of sight.
The only positive out of this is that I'd still rather own a Vette over a Viper any day.
Just thought I'd share.

a very sweet sounding (i know thats hard to belive) Acura RSX with a turbo and nitrous ( he purged) did the same thing to me yesterday, so at the next light while in nuetral i bliped the gas while he was behind me to about 3000 rpm (Dynatech LT's with PRT's). The light went green and he suddenly turned into the turn lane and went right

Wasn't Me! Although we have to remember that there are idiots in ALL types of cars. Honestly, most Viper owners that I know drive slower than others (mustangs, ricers and even, yes, Corvettes). Not sure why, just an observance.

A lot of people haven't seen one in person, here is a picture of the roofline from a different angle. Shelby added the "Gurney" bubbles into the design for helmet clearance. Very exotic if you ask me, but to each there own...
