I have a chance to buy some after market wheels 17x9.5 18x10.5 off a 01' with sensors, will these work on my 99' with stock run flats and if the sensors off the 01 will not work ,will my sensors off my 99' stock wheels fit the 01' wheels.

Sensors changed after the 2000 model year. 1997-2000 uses the same one, 2001-2004 uses a different type. What wheel are you looking at buying, the 1999 sensor may still fit.

As long as the aftermarket wheels have the correct offset, you should be OK. The sensors will not work with your year car, but your stock ones should work if the '01 sensors fit OK.
