My 2003 with run flat tires and remote air pressure sensors has been losing air in one of the tires at the rate of 5-8 lbs over a 2-3 week period.
The local chevy dealer could not find anything wrong with the tire and suggested that it's the sensor in the wheel that is the problem.
The replacement sensor retails for appx $175 plus labor to install which im willing to spend if it truly is the problem ( I've already tighened the valve stem )

Had this problem when I changed wheels back in the spring...in my case, the sensor was not tight...so I put the closed end of a wrench on it (can't remember the size) and snugged it up...problem solved

If you are running the stock sensors, no way that an '03 sensor should cost $175 - they are much cheaper than the '97-00 sensors which go for about $90 each. If it turns out to be the sensor, check with Fred Beans on a price. Should be about $40-50 for the part.
