Default loosing driver side door power

Intermittenly i keep losing power to my driver side door? At first it was just every so often but now has become an every day occurance.....i would suspect it is a loose wire or maybe even just a ground??? I've removed the panel but really have no idea what I would be looking for (besides a loose wire) any directions on where I should start looking or in what area?????

I think people who have had this type pf problem in the past have found chaffed wires in the bundle that goes to the door. I have not encountered this problem myself, but from what I remember they have been able to make the power fluxuate by wiggling the cable when the door's open, and find the problem by inspecting each wire in the bundle for signs of damage, repairing any broken iwres or damaged insulation. .

Hope this helps....

It is the ground wire.... as mentioned wiggling the wiring harness will usually resolve the problem. F Chevrolet for making their top of the line car such a POS

Make sure to clean the connections for the wiring harness itself and make sure they are tight.

Had the same thing happen with my passenger side. Dealer wanted to order a $400 harness under warranty. My mechanic inspected it, cleaned the connections and it has worked perfectly for the last year+. Friend had a similar issue but the car wasn't under warranty. The replaced a $2 gromet going into the door and charged $300 labor.
