I know that the best way to fix this piece of junk is just to replace it with a new one or go through the trouble of sanding and painting. Is there any other alternatives to get scratches of or touch it up so it looks new again? Thanks.

Looking at the background in the photos, I'd say he did it himself. Either that or he's in the middle of making a human skin lamp...

Caravaggio did all the work on my car, as well as all the leather work in the interior. Off hand can't remember what $$$ the radio bezel is, but will post tomorrow.
