Within one week I have lost the first four settings on my fan control **** and on five (highest speed) the blower squeals extremely loud then stops. Then it will kick back in, only to do the same thing again in a matter of seconds. It sounds like its directly behind the right hand passenger vent, yet I know the motor is just above the kickplate. I don't even know if I should start with the switch the motor or what? Anybody ever heard this freaky noise and can a blower motor cease up gradually? Any and every comment welcome. Pease help before this sound drives me nuts!!!!!!!!

seen a few of these; 7/32" socket, 3 screws; try some WD40 on the motor bushings
