I saw today that COSTCO now puts nitrogen in all of the tires they sell.
Will not fill tires they do not sell.
I hear that nitrogen prolongs tire life since there is no oxidation issues internally and stabilizes the air pressure regardless of the season due to no expansion or contraction of the gas.
Is there any tire supply out there that will fill tires with nitrogen or a way to get have a tank of gas with an adaptor for home use?
I run nitrogen in mine...seems to be a little smoother...literature will tell u that you get better gas mileage (not so sure about all that)!!! Look for a local tire dealer, they will probably have a banner hanging out front or on the building...my buddy owns a shop and charges $6 per tire for it (free for me).....but I'm in North Alabama so I doubt that is much help for you....
There is NO or VERY LITTLE Fluctuation in tire pressure...it MIGHT adjust 1 or 2 psi but it's very minimal movement in psi.....
Nitrogen should prolong the life of tire...
About all the info I have.....hope it helps a little....
