C6 shifter ****

will a c6 shifter **** (6 speed) fit onto a stock C5
shifter w/o any modifications?

I think it has to be modified. Here's a link to one for sale in the classifieds. It's not mine. I've seen them on EBAY if that's your venue of choice.

From what I understand, the C6 **** is not threaded. Your C5 **** and all aftermarket ***** for C5s, are threaded 9/16-18.

They did the modification all I had to do was screw it on.

The **** won't work for you but the entire shifter is a drop in replacement and a great "short throw" shifter.

Any links to where you can get the entire shifter? Would you guys recommend it more than the MTI Six Shooter? Sorry, don't mean to hijack the thread, just wondering.
