Headlight.........fixed
I had read most all of the threads concerning headlight motor failure. My right headlight would not come up. Took it to my Tech and even though there was NO grinding sound he said the plastic gear was on the way out. Called http://www.rodneydickman.com/n113.html and ordered the rebuild kit and all is well. I bought the kit for both headlights....just in case

The second one I did on a different car took about 35 minutes.
It is a fairly easy job.
