Default I need C5 door panel removal help!!!

How do you get the door panels off without damaging anything? I've popped off the reflectors at the bottom of the doors. I pulled on it quite a bit, but it wouldn't come loose and I didn't want to break anything. All help and pics appreciated!!

First, remove the door handle surround. There are slots at top & bottom where the handle rests. Use small flatblade screwdriver to push the pins in to release. Next you have to remove the small plastic cover behind the door pull. Once this is out, there are two torx-head screws that you have to remove. Then you have to start at the lower left corner of the door panel with a removal tool or flat blade to pry the plastic pins out of their sockets. There are 5 or 6 of them. Once these are out you can lift up on the door panel to remove. You need to have your window down.

Almost forgot! You have to remove the control panel on the door. Pry up lightly on the end closest to the door pull and it will pop out. Then disconnect the wiring harness form it.

Also, check the installation instructions on Vette Essentials website. They are very precise.

Good luck!

Good write up, just to add I use a clean rag or cloth around the flat blade to cut down on marring.
