I think I am addicted to Corvettes. 
I know I'm not the only one. I love the way they look, the way they drive, the attention they get. They are freakin' awesome!!!

I've been addicted to them since 1986 (when I was 16 and first got my licence) I bought my first one in 1991, it was an 84 model. I only had it a short time, and then went 13 long years before owning another one! And ever since I got my C5 in 2004, I swore I'd never be without a Corvette ever again. I'm already planning on my next one (I want to get a 2005 either next summer or the following one)
My wife uses the word "obsessed" when she describes how I feel about Corvettes, since I talk about them so much.

My wife claims I don't have a compulsion but, simply an obsession. Thank God she doesn't look in the checkbook or it would be considered an addiction, I can't afford a 28 day treatment program.

maybe that I spend so much time reading this forum is a sign of addiction.
Have our Vette for only a few months. Have had the code problems that so many others have had and they totally frustrate me. However...... top down, and cruising in our Vette on a beautiful S.W. Florida day or even better night, makes life all good.

I know I'm not the only one. I love the way they look, the way they drive, the attention they get. They are freakin' awesome!!! With the good comes the bad though. I love the stares, compliments, and thumbs up I get. I don't like the jealous haters and the racer wannabes.
Still it's a good tradeoff.
