Besides what Todd pointed, looking at it closely I also noticed forum member GranBichus's sleepy eyes mod, some hint of Caravaggio Wide body rear bumper bottom part and exhaust lay out, and also how some people paint black their Tiger Shark top part of rear bumper.
Its amazing some of us old forum members see everything and can tell right away
Still, a very cool rendering. If I could afford it, and it was in production, it was just perfect for my taste minus the emblem on the rear pillar an inch lip max on the front wheels and 4 inches lip max on the rear wheels.... In forum language, I'd hit it

Thanks for the comments guys ... And to end the dispute.. YES! I copied off of that pic! I slightly changed it and rendered it(Photoshop CS2). I used various inspirations and created my ultimate C5.
