Default C5-X concept

Hello all....Heres a widebody concept I conjured up quickly for class. Just thought I would share with the Corvette community for fun. What do you guys think? What would you change or add? (I know the wheels are OD ).. I get the chills when I think about how it would look on the roads!

Those look like the ultimate run-flats.

No air...

And I know this obviously. We were assigned to modify an existing vehicle. I chose the C5.

Don't you mean copied with a few very minor changes. it appears that you used the yellow vette as your template for your drawing

Suicide king I never saw that! That looks vicious.

You could say that. I wasnt aiming to completely redesign, this was more about the rendering.

Don't any of you read the posts in a thread

He copied it period.

look at my previous post. The yellow vette is what he used.
He probably used a computer program to change the appearance.
The corvette emblem on the B-pillar, same shadow, sidemarker on the front fender, same mags, same indent on the door handle.

And he acknowledged that. It's no different than any other photochop job. big deal.

It's not like he's claiming to be putting "his original idea" into production and marketing it. He made a pretty neat rendering of an existing picture and showed it to us. I don't see the harm in that. I think it's pretty good work in fact.

Just looking at it from a different point of view I guess..

Good eye for noticing his inspiration though. It is quite obvious when seeing the original picture.

I like it.

It just needs some BSM's. The sides are kind of plain.
