Best idea yet! Assuming this isn't an option, it sounds like the "mod bug" is biting you, and winter "downtime" is a great time for doing mods. Makes the winter pass quickly

Default Drive It!

Mine is nice...but it ain't no Shrine.
I bought it to drive..and thats exactly what I do. I cannot understand putting it away all winter...For what? It's a car..and cars should be driven, not stored.

I live in Pa. as well, but don't see a point in storing it..I won't drive it when it snows and there's salt on the ground but every other winter day is fair game!!

Seeing as you're from Latrobe, I'd suggest drinking a lot of Rolling Rock Seriously, I take mine out in the winter when the roads are dry and aren't coated with a ton of salt or cinders.

By the time the frame rusts out, I'll be dead, so who cares. However I do not drive it when there is ice or snow on the street. A little salt washes off. I paid for it, I want to drive it. 23,000 miles, 18 months.

I daily drive my C5 Coupe. The 3-5 days it snows I ride with mamma in her touareg.

Park it in the living room.

You'll have more "together time" and it makes a great conversation piece when friends drop over.

Drive it until they call for snow. The cold air won't hurt it. And when it snows, take advantage and either mod the car or just detail it for the next time you get to drive it.

Unfortunately they stopped brewing Rock in Latrobe about a month ago!
It is now made in New Jersey. So much for mountain spring water!
