You guys are all great and I wish you would all go to my thread (yes that some of you may have been either avoiding or teasing me about) "something different" and let us see who we are talking to. I'm there...

I can't thank you guys who have spent nearly all day helping me try and make this decision. It is the best support i have gotten so far on the forum..

So did you decide yet or are you more confused then when you first started I have gone through about 5 different exauhst systems in the 3 years I have had my car
I had the SLP Loudmouths with Headers (and hiflow cats) and my car sounded like a Nascar, it was perfect UNTIL, I added a good size cam and heads, then I switched to the BB PRT's (like EG just did).

Some of your choice should also depend on future mods...if you ever plan on doing a Cam, or Superchargers or some big power adder, then the Bullets and SLP Loudmouth might be too much.
I think you'll like the Stingers with Longtube headers based on reading your other post.
Hope you find someone local also so you can listen "live"

Ya know---I see alot of vettes on the road but really noone we know is as into vettes as we are (my husband, daughter and myself). We have been looking at joining the local vette club but really haven't gotten around to it yet so the prospect of a live sound would probably only happen if I waited until Carlisle---which is not totally out of the question--I just wanted to do something over the winter ..I am not as confused as when I started, aqctually I think I am quite a bit more informed now. I am pretty sure that it will be the Bullets but right now I cannot remember if headers and the rest (cats/x-pipe) were suggested with this set up---I'll have to review my threads from you guys.. But I am not going to do it all at once anyway---as I can afford I will add. I was looking into the GHL's (decent price) but the Bullets seem like they will give me what I am looking for--for the best price. I have also taken some other advise and have looked to corvette garage for the parts and man are they reasonable---especially for the Bullets..So---one at a time---I still have the thought of the Stinger setup in my head but everyone says the Bullets are louder..That's me...

BTW---why have u not gone to my thread and graced us with your pic????

If you want real loud, Bullets are for you, you are on the right track. I did the same thing, first decided cat-back, had that for about a year and then got headers when I saved the money. Corvette Garage is great, I actually set up a group purchase here(for headers last year) with another forum member, and Corvette Garage gave us a nice discount The Bullets will bolt up to any of the popular headers systems.

You have a pic thread? Okay, on my way there now, I will see if I can find a pic to post up
