* Black valance for the rear; Special price $329. ( If you're going to ruin the rear of your car, a can or Kylon cost about $4 bucks!) Its not a C6. If you want a C6 go buy one!

* Floor mats. The factory sells them for $75 bucks. GM quality. I've seen some advertised for over $100 with checkered flags. Yea, those are classy huh?

* HID lights. Special price; ok I won't say it here because that'd be unfair to the seller. Yea they look cool but for that kind of money I guess you have those lug nuts and a few dinners with a friend

* Decals! $24.00 bucks for a decal for your steering wheel? Are we freekin idiots! Oh but it looks nice and nobody else has one....right......

Do I need to go any further. Some might say we pay too much for our Corvettes to begin with....... Who are we to judge what someone else pays for parts on their car? Yea, the guys a freekin moron but thats beside the point! It's our I mean "his" money!
But... lug nuts. 16 nuts, peices of metal to hold your tire on. $600? And it isn't even dipped in gold. or is it? I didn't look.

100%

What about the 25.00 Throttle body Bypass..
That thing consists of (2) $.25 band clamps and a $.59 3" long plastic tube.
You can literally re-create the EXACT same product for LESS than a buck..

But guys on this board suck them up EVERY DAY..

I was going to say the same thing but you beat me to it. Let’s add a couple of additional points though. We're quick to jump on the "we have better taste" bandwagon but how many here took the time to read the referenced thread to find out that he is already getting pounded by his peers? Not many, it seems.

Second,
I love how ricers claim they do things because 'they want to be different' and they want to be 'original'. They don't understand the simple concept that people don't do certain things because they look like crap.
Are you for real or have you never taken the time to look at some of the so-called "mods" that we on this forum do too but, of course, siding with the crowd and getting those posting stars via a thumbs-up icon is so much easier than forming and voicing an independent opinion, isn't it?

Stones and glass houses and we're living in one right now.

While I think it is outragous to spend $600 on lugs that are NOT EVEN AS LIGHT AS ALUMINIUM Is crazy I can see his thoughts. How many of you here would spend over $6K on a stereo system? Not many but I did. To each his own. I am not sure why he has a cheap set of rims but hey if it were something he really wanted why not?

Hey asshat... C5ers were blacking out the lower rear valence long before the C6 was even being designed... thanks for playing

I believe those of you who are throwing around the word "retarted" are unintentionally insulting those who are mentally challenged. After having worked with such people for more than 9 years, I can honestly say that I don't know the first one who'd spend $600 on lugnuts.
