I've got a way to make cutting them down a lot less time consuming.

Default this product has worked very well for me

Check out these by Invisigard. Simple installation by following the instructions. http://www.autotrimdesign.com/Shoppi...eel%20Well.htm

Now,when I read that post,he seems to be trying the front z06 guards on the front of the c-5

I am talking about using the rear zo6 guards on the front of the c-5,just trimming a lil bit more

Is that a little clearer?,or did you already understand that?

Default great response on mud flaps

I want to thank all for the great response and ideas. I am going to order the C 6 flaps and follow the posted ideas but put them on the front. Lot of talented people out there!

hmmm hadn't thought of that...i think it might look kinda goofy though, unless somebody can photoshop it.

well, goofy is my middle name

Seriously,I think they could look pretty good, they would just need to be trimmed a bit thinner so they don't start as high on the fender

Maybe use @ 1/2-2/3 of the length they are on the rears

I think it is worth a try,just a sliver of a try

Edit: clarification:
In the following pic if you can imagine the flap on the front starting just about the top of the front scoop or so,continuing down with the same Profile as the rears, ending in about the same area

I think it could work........

I like my splash guards and am happy to show them. They work very well and I have had them for three years with no problems.
