Cargo net install?
Have cargo net and 2 connector-like pieces , that came with
04 Coupe--- no instructions.
already have cargo shade installed.
Can this net be installed with shade in place? ; if so, how is it done?
Anyone use theirs?
TIA

There are four "t" shaped nuts that screw onto existing studs already in place. Look in the area adjacent to the side storage compartments, you should see some gold colored threaded studs, the "t" nuts go on them, and net attaches to them. Mine came with a little pouch to hold all the optional stuff for the storage area.

There are two connectors up under the ledge slide you hand under the edge and you will feel them.

The net on my 97 fastened in 4 places two at the top and two at the bottom. It came with two screw on caps and the other two were already on the car to hold the inner compartment panels in place.

The net and the shade can be used at the same time.

Thanks, makes sense now.
2 front loops go to upper hooks; 2 back loops to lower hooks.

The pics were great, but I have an '02 Vert and can't find them on my car? There was a net in the trunk when I bought it - not installed.
Are vert's suppose to have 'em?

Yes. My 98 vert has one and it is the same as the one referenced in the thread from Zilla.

Thanks,
I have an '02 vert and the net attaches to the back panel.
unlike a coupe which attaches underneath the quarterpanel.
pic copied from ET's POST
I believe a vert net is shorter and will not fit on a coupe.

After reading these I checked my car and found out that I only have three of the four plastic screw on T-nuts that I need. Does anyone know how to get one of these. My dealer says the only way I can get one is to buy a complete safety net kit from GM for $57+. This makes for a pretty expensive T-nut!!!

My Z06 has the t-nuts on the back panel like the vert too... I belive there's 2 different nets... the coupe one is wider.
