drive vette in rain?
I've known a few of vette owners who dont drive their car wen its raining, I dont know the reason why, is there something I dont know why I shouldnt drive my vette wen its raining?

i almost fell out when another vette owner asked me this at a resturant .i told him it was not raining when i left the house and only 20% chance of rain .what you want me to leave it here and drive it home on a sunny day

OK. OK. I'm guilty. But, you know, I spend a lot of time working to keep my car looking really nice. I didn't buy a Corvette until I was 60 years old and I don't have that much energy left. So why would I spend 3 hours making my sweetheart sparkle and then drive it in the rain? 
You think I'm nuts or what? I work 55 to 60 hours a week with 1 1/2 to 2 hours of commutting in between. I can't be cleaning that lovely hunk of plastic 3 or 4 times a week.

I drive mine in the rain . it's a car , I bought it to enjoy it not to worship it .
I get a kick out of the ones that don't , and worse the ones that think you should only transport a Vette in a closed transporter !
Guess how their vettes get from GM to the dealers ? I see them on the interstate all the time , they are OPEN !
