Will it fit?
If I purchase these set of wheels for my 2001:
18x9.5 and 19x11, will the C6 Z06 brakes fit without any problems and will there be a need to adjust the computer for the speedometer?

Regarding your speedo question, how closely the circumference of your new tire (the one that goes on your 19x11" wheel, as I THINK that the calibration goes off the back, not front) matches your OEM tire will determine the % of error of your speedometer and odometer. You can calculate this with this website, www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html . If you want to be super precise, also compare the tire manufacturer's circumference specs to that of the calculation. (The math is what it is, but for some manufacturing reason identical sized tires from different manufacturers will not infrequently have different circumferences
.) If it is around 3% or less, I wouldn't worry about it.
