The mustang is an American Icon. I am not in any way shape or form talking negative about the vette. I love vetts but the mustang is a car that anyone can own and anyone can afford. Now the C5 vette is the most beautiful car in the world. I love it even more then the C6. I would give up a ******** to own one. (and a cobra anyone in the market for a ******** and a mustang?

www.mustangworld.com has slowly been turning into Z06world. There is at least 10-15 Z06 owners that post on there regularly. The only Mustang owners that give us any flack are those with 03/04 Cobra with 500/600 HP.

Was one of the first to migrate over...they lilked the vette, but gave me so much crap for it...all fun though.

I used to be a big Mustang fan. I have had two of them.... I was never jealous of Corvette owners. They're great cars and serve their intended audience quite well.

All I can say is I am glad Ford discontinued the color I was interested in, in '05 (Mineral Gray/Red leather interior) or I would be driving a GT today. That and the fact I didn't give much more for my '02 vert with 45,000 miles than they were "dealing" with me on a loaded GT coupe.

It's fun to go both ways...
I drove the hell out of my '94 before I got the 'Vette. I will certainly never look back. That said, it's still a lot of fun to go fishin' for looks in the '66 'Stang. Love the 'Vette though - best looking car ever made!
