i bought my 98 for $16,600 with 59000 miles and it was mint im the third owner. It had the aftermarket z06 rims on it instead of the wagon wheels So you got a good deal
My profile pic is the previous one owner (doctor) '98 auto vette with 48,000 original miles - immaculate inside and out. Good deal or not?
16K sounds decent.. If you give more details like rear end gears, options, aftermarket exhaust , newer tires, or any mods you'll get much more objective responses.
You got a great deal.Don't listen to these yahoo's.I hope they're playing with you though.People here have 100 thousand mile cars here for more than that.Enjoy and be safe.

Of course they are playing---of course that would only be if they did not get up on the wrong side of the bed---or lucky last night---then they might be a bit cranky.. Women are different---we could care less..
These guys are fantastic all the time and they are just messin with ya. What they do mean though is you probably should have been asking if it was a good deal "before" you bought it not after.
It does sound like a great deal anyway and a sharp looking car---try posting some more pics for us to enjoy..

Get lucky and get up on the wrong side of the bed....I got out of the WRONG bed!
Yes they are messing with you - it's a right of passage that the newbies have to take a little abuse, so don't worry about it and enjoy your car.
Next time - fill out at least the city and state as well as the year of the car in your profile, and ask more specific questions like - "Body side moldings, keep or take off?" or "Which floor mats are best?"
Wow...the typical Corvette Forum welcome to the new guy. Lots of reasons why he may be challenged in the communications dept., so let's everybody bust his ***** for it.
You got a nice car JAH. Sounds like you got a pretty good deal on it too, if it's as represented. Welcome to the forum.
