I just noticed yesterday that the seam on the driver side rear edge is showing a little bit of chafing. The passenger side is ok. The top appears to be properly adjusted. I believe it is rubbing when stowed on the carpet of the inner wheel well and or the plastic trim on the drivers side. Has anyone else had this happen?

I do buddy, on both sides. Mine seems to be adjusted fine but there is chafing. It was like that on my '99 Mustang also the top edge. The window on the passenger side also gets caught on the top if I don't close the door by pushing the top edge of the window. It's probably a pretty common problem.
I have the same thing going on. Looking forward to performing the adjustment. Where and what does the window tip look like. Also, when you say adjust it in, does that mean screw it in?
Thanks for the links DeeGee. Mmm...the chafing I am talking about has nothing to do with the window. it is occuring on the seam below the back window on the drivers side. I know others have stated this is where there can be paint loss to the tonneau and that GM redesigned the weather strip there. It does not touch the painted surface of the tonneau when the top is up. When putting the top down this area of the fabric actually comes in contact with the carpeted inner wheel well and and the plastic trim piece located there. I don't know if the top can move much when it is in the down/stowed position but I think this is where is it rubbing to cause the chafing of the seam. I can see the indentation on the carpeting of where the top rests.
