Just dropped coverage on the Vette for the winter...its a sad day...

I feel your pain. My day is quickly approaching. This will be the first year I am dropping it. Money is getting tight and every penny matters.

I spent time in California in the 60s and thouht it expensive THEN. I don't think I could afford to live there and buy a Vette too.

it will be hard looking at her and not driving her til next spring .

boats have been off for a while... vette went into storage on sunday :-( i think the kid was sadder then I was he tends to drive it alot

You should carry “Comprehensive” coverage while the car is idle for the winter.

This coverage includes Fire, Theft, and Vandalism and just about everything else except Liability and Collision. That is why they call it “comprehensive” coverage.

Contact your insurance agent for details. Cost should be minimal, inline with “Fire and Theft” coverage.

I have full coverage, year round. I only drive it before the first snow of the year though.
